How to measure Measure around the chest and back, under the armpits, at the strongest point.
Take the measurement at the waist, not tightening the tape.
Measure around the hip, about 3" below the natural waist.
Take the measurement at the strongest point of the hips, with the tape parallel to the ground.
The elbow should be slightly bent; take the measurement from the center of the neck, down the shoulder and arm to the wrist bone.
Measure from the crotch to the ankle bone. Or, measure a well-fitting basic garment along the seam from the crotch to the bottom.

I bought this Smartwool Intraknit sweater/jacket to wear as a mid layer in cold weather and as a sweater/jacket in milder weather.

For sizing reference, I take a size small or 4 to 6 in most ladies clothing (5'9" and 125 lb) but like most Smartwool products, I also took a size medium in this jacket and it fitted, very comfortable and is not tight or constricting at all. It laundered beautifully (on cold, delicate) and seems to be well constructed.

I happened to get it on sale so that was a bonus. It works well with my Smartwool's Active Pants and their Active Wind Pants.

This was my first order from Soccer Sports Fitness and I was impressed with their delivery timeline and their customer service. Be sure to read their return policy.
