To take your measurements:

Stand up straight in front of the mirror. Place the tape measure under your ribs, between your rib cage and your hip bones (smallest part of your waist). For the hips, measure around the widest part of the hip (where your magnificent buttocks are at their widest). Return to the sizing chart above to find the one that's right for you.
