The shoe it self is fine. The ordering process was a nightmare. Customer service was of no help at all. Every time I placed an order for a size 9 shoe, my confirmation email would say I ordered a size 8. Happened the first time, no help from customer service. Ordered a 2nd pair, immediately noticed the error, contacted them immediately before it was shipped out and my order was cancelled. Waited a couple weeks, and even though it "wasn't a website issue" (as claimed by customer service - even though it clearly was) it finally worked. Seems to me like the problem was corrected, although no acknowledgement of the error, and a "too bad so sad" approach from customer service. Will not order from again.
